Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Workshops and Events Welcome to our workshops and events. We are committed to providing a rewarding experience for all participants. Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process. Booking and Confirmation All bookings must be made through our official website. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, we recommend booking early. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Upon receipt of payment, your booking will be confirmed. Cancellations and Refunds Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. Transfers and Substitutions Bookings may be transferable to another workshop or event of equal value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the original event date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform us in writing of any substitutions prior to the event. Changes to the Programme We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, including speakers and content, without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event. Health and Safety For in-person events, all participants are expected to comply with any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event. Liability We shall not be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in or cancellation of a workshop or event.
