3. Is Buyer Protection the same as an Independent Expert Review?
No. Buyer Protection gives guidance and support to help you make a confident purchase decision, while Independent Expert Review is a formal, in-person inspection of a specific gemstone.
4. Do you run gemstone tours?
No. I do not organise group tours. I provide private client support, including accompanied buying, mine access (for private clients), and remote sourcing.
5. Can you check stones over Zoom?
No. All stone assessments are done in-person, so you get an accurate, expert evaluation.
