Cancellation Policy
Consultation & Cancellation Policy Thank you for booking a consultation with Gemstone Detective. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and preparation time is often carried out in advance of the meeting. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment slot. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. We will do our best to accommodate an alternative appointment time suitable for both parties. Cancellations Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may be rescheduled once but are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the meeting without notice, are non-refundable. Late Arrival If you are late joining the consultation, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other bookings. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment may be treated as a missed session. Technical Issues Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom prior to the appointment. If technical difficulties occur on our side, the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Right to Refuse Service Gemstone Detective reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of abusive behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or requests falling outside the scope of our services. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
